Injection Molding Temporary Fence base

Put plastic pellets (small grains) into the machine.
The machine heats up the plastic until it melts.
The melted plastic is pushed into a special metal mold (shape).
The mold is cooled down so the plastic gets hard.
The machine opens, and the finished base comes out.
Cut off any extra plastic bits.
Check each base to make sure there are no problems.
Add logo or numbers if needed.
Stack and pack the finished bases for delivery.

Blow molding Temporary Fence Blocks

Put plastic pellets into the machine.
The machine heats up the plastic until it melts.
The machine makes a hot plastic tube (called a parison).
The mold closes around the tube.
Air is blown inside the tube, making it expand and fill the mold shape.
The plastic cools down and gets hard.
The mold opens, and the finished block comes out.
Cut off extra plastic if needed.
Check each block for any problems.
Stack and pack the finished blocks for delivery.
